These are in no way necessary to be successful in the gym. This is what I personally use in order to enhance performance and recovery. Please consult a physician before taking new supplements.

Training

Before Fasted Cardio – Forge by Legion (should contain Yohimbine) + 100mg caffeine

During Cardio – 1 Scoop BCAAs e.g. BCAA 9.7 by Mutant

Before/During Training 1 – Scoop Pre-Workout e.g. Pulse by Legion (should contain 3-5g of Beta Alanine)

After Training – 1 Scoop Glutamine e.g. G by Magnum

After Training – 1 Scoop Whey Isolate Protein Powder e.g. Diesel by Perfect Sports

Morning

Vitamin D 5000 UI

Chromium 200mcg

CLA 2000mg e.g. Acid by Magnum

Evening

Ultra Omega-3 250mg DHA/500mg EPA

Calcium

Vitamin C 1000mg
